Chef Mimi is the Founder of the National Black Food & Wine Experience. She is a 2022 Wine Enthusiast Top 40 tastemaker, and is on the 2021 "Forbes Next 1000 list". In 2023 she won the Comcast Black Joy Icon Award.

Greater Bay Area Chef Ann Groux comes with 20 years of leadership experience in hospitality. She is the Co-Owner of Catered with Class catering company and restaurant in Napa.

His food was voted “Best Steakhouse” and “Best Brunch in Kansas City” by Kansas City Magazine. He was the Chef de Partie to Executive Sous Chef at Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bistro in Yountville.

Food Network Alum and NFL Chef Lelani Baugh is the Executive Chef and owner of Roux and Vine Catering and Magnolia Street Wine Lounge & Kitchen. She is the owner of Vin en Noir, the first and only Black and Asian woman-owned wine lounge / tasting room in Napa. 

Celebrity Chef Edwin Robles has a Puerto Rican heritage with roots in New York. As the former Executive Chef of the Award winning Bottega in Yountville, he has made a name for himself in the Napa Valley and throughout the United States and as a chef to a long list of musicians..

Owner of the Award Winning Sweetie Pies Restaurant in Napa. Recognized by Bon Appétit and Food & Wine. Sweetie Pies was also named one of 10 Best Breakfast Spots in Napa Valley by USA Today and featured on Road Tasted, a Food Network show with Jamie and Bobby Deen.

Sommelier and Artist Jermaine Burse has commissioned art pieces for NBA Stars Stephen Curry, Damian Lillard, David Robinson, Ty Lue, Brian Shaw, Jason Richardson, and Fred Warner. Jermaine is currently working on three major projects that will be exhibited at the San Francisco City Hall as well as both the Oakland MOMA, San Francisco MOMA and Kaiser Permanente Executive Suites.
